Earth Hour Music Ambassador 2024

Pablo as Earth Hour Music Ambassador 2024

Another hat that our beloved Pinuno wore was being hailed as the Music Ambassador for Earth Hour 2024, held at the Kartilya ng Katipunan on March 23, 2024. It was a successful celebration of an advocacy dedicated to saving Mother Earth.

This movement started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, to invite, educate, and urge people to see what has been happening to the planet for a long time. Climate change due to the destruction of our planet's ozone layer, deforestation, blatant abuse of nature, and improper waste disposal have been the most terrifying problems in the world. It is scary to think what the Earth would be like a few years from now if we did not unite in one goal: to help our planet survive.

Floods, unpredictable weather changes, and landslides are all effects of humans' actions on our planet. If we don't come together to save our home, we will live in a world already on the brink of extinction. This problem will affect every one of us, and Pablo knew it. In his own way, he hopes to reach and educate more people and influence them to do what is right for our planet and our home. His influence spread across the people who adore him: his Hatdogs and A'tin.

In these small acts, inspired by our beloved Pinuno, more and more people are learning about the importance of reusable materials instead of single-use plastic to help the planet. Use tumblers instead of bottled water, eco bags instead of plastic bags, and even bring your own utensils when you eat outside instead of using a plastic spoon and fork. These simple actions could have a significant impact on the current situation of our planet. Properly segregate your trash, recycle what could be recycled, using biodegradable wastes for other nature-friendly purposes.

There is much to be done, but billions of people exist, and our numbers continue to grow. We can make a difference by changing our daily habits. We don't even need to spend money to do what is suitable for our planet; we just have to be creative. If we pay enough attention, we will realize that we are already late in the game, but we will still have time. If you love and support our Pinuno, start now before it's too late.
